These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our website MirraNoir.com and all purchases made through this site.

By browsing, accessing, registering or placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website. Eligibility

Product & Pricing Information

All product descriptions, photos, sizes and colours shown on MirraNoir.com are for reference only. We strive to display product details accurately, but slight colour variations may occur due to different screen displays. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price confirmed at checkout is the binding price for your order.

Payment

We support payments processed via Stripe and other authorised payment providers. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order at checkout. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our server. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy rules of Stripe and your card issuing bank. Orders will not be shipped until payment is successfully authorised and confirmed.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Receipt of your checkout confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraudulent transaction, inability to verify your payment information, violation of these terms. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on MirraNoir.com including logos, brand name MIRRANOIR, product images, text, graphics and layout is the intellectual property of BDD ELECTRICAL PTY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of our brand assets for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of our website or products, including loss of profit, delay, delivery issues caused by courier or customs. Our total liability related to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Western Australia.
